A planning application has now been lodged for 100 Kings Road Reading. T A Fisher Developments Ltd together with House of Fisher have recently submitted a planning application to turn the former office building known as Beneficial House into a new apart-hotel led mixed-use scheme. Beneficial House, which occupies a highly prominent position on the corner of Easthampstead Road fronting the Twin-Bridges roundabout, has been vacant for several years.
