New Health And fitness Centre And Apart Hotel For Reading
17 April 2012 A planning application has now been lodged for 100 Kings Road Reading. This important town centre building will blend a mix of uses to include one or two retail units targeted at the gym/health and fitness occupier and on the upper floors will be a high quality apart-hotel incorporating 57 suites to be run under the House of Fisher brand.

Exciting Mixed Use Plans For Prime Bracknell Building
17 April 2012 T A Fisher Developments Ltd together with House of Fisher have recently submitted a planning application to turn the former office building known as Beneficial House into a new apart-hotel led mixed-use scheme. Beneficial House, which occupies a highly prominent position on the corner of Easthampstead Road fronting the Twin-Bridges roundabout, has been vacant for several years.
