# The Point, London Road, Woodley
The former Woodley Police Station plus adjoining property was acquired unconditionally.

Planning consent was achieved for a retail-led roadside scheme extending to some 10,000 sq ft with 35 car spaces.

The wine store Majestic have been an occupier since the development was completed. Pets Corner and Harrison Vets occupy Unit 2 and Unit 3 respectively.
