Woodcote

An outline application for 41 later living dwellings following redevelopment of the existing horse paddocks has been submitted. These would be age restricted to purchasers aged 55 and over.

The proposed scheme includes 16 one-bedroom homes, 18 two-bedroom homes and 7 three-bedroom homes. Of these, 12 properties are designated as affordable, comprising 10 one-bedroom homes and 2 two-bedroom homes. The layout and architectural approach have been carefully considered to create an attractive and welcoming community that respects local heritage while addressing modern housing needs.
