London Road, Hook RG27 9DY

Acorn House was a desirable gated development of just twelve homes in the centre of Hook.

A creative conversion of a historic building into fashionable one and two-bedroom apartments, the development also included a range of three-bedroom new-build houses, all set within a secure gated environment.

Ideally placed for sustainability and convenience, Acorn House benefitted from being on the doorstep of local shops, cafés, amenities and the mainline train station.

The centrepiece of the development was the Acorn House conversion. Once the village sweet shop and later the village post office, it was sympathetically converted into apartments with all the passion and care T A Fisher are renowned for. Elsewhere within this intimate development, there were stylish terraced and semi-detached properties.
