# T A Fisher Shortlisted for the Royal Berkshire Property Awards 2024!

We are thrilled to announce that T A Fisher has been shortlisted for Residential Development of the Year. 

The shortlisting relates directly to The Botanics in Theale which is especially designed to match the Conservation area location.
