Local, fourth generation family firm, T A Fisher was delighted to lend support to the Woodley Festival of Music and Arts which is an organisation that plays such an important role in encouraging school children to participate in live performance.
Participants, organisers and attendees were delighted to return in person for the 2022 Festival which provides a warm and friendly environment for performers to gain valuable experience and feedback from professional adjudicators. Many local schools encourage their pupils to participate in choral classes, singing, piano and instrumental classes and Speech and Drama.
Friends, parents, and past performers all gave their time to help this event run smoothly as it returned to its first full and live festival since the pandemic.
The success of this Festival year-on-year is very much down to the tireless contributions from volunteers. If you would like to help with the organisation, would like to volunteer or would like your child to participate in 2023, please reach out to the Festival Committee.
