The repurposing and transformation of Lawrie House into a 21st Century mixed-use scheme will be anchored by NatWest who occupy the ground-floor retail banking hall.

The upper floors and an extension to the rear will form part of a new aparthotel comprising 39 suites across a variety of sizes including studio, one, two and three-bedroom designs. In addition there shall be exclusive guest facilities by way of café bar /lounge, gym and co-working area.

The aparthotel will be operated by House of Fisher.
