This landmark building was acquired unconditionally from Deutsche Bank in October 2011.

At the time of acquisition it was vacant offices having been occupied by Sun Alliance for 25 years.

Planning permission was obtained for a change of use to a 50 suite C1 aparthotel together with a gym for the ground and lower-ground floors.

Occupation took place in 2013 and the property continues as a flapgship building for House of Fisher alongside Buzz Gym.
