E-Centre, Easthampstead Road, Bracknell (formerly known as Enterprise Centre) was purchased unconditionally from a pension fund using cash resources in November 2011. It had a very tired appearance and was part income producing/part vacant.

T A Fisher undertook a considerable programme of works designed to instantly enhance the appearance of the estate, including new colour coding to doors and windows, significant upgrade to the hared and soft landscaping. This pro active approach encouraged existing tenants to sign new leases and new occupiers were similarly attracted to the improved environment.

The development comprises some 35,000 sq ft. The estate has been substantially held as an investment and ongoing asset management.
