Planning consent was achieved for a retail-led roadside scheme extending to some 10,000 sq ft with 35 spaces. A second phase of this roadside retail scheme is being progressed and is likely that a planning application will submitted mid 2023.

The wine store Majestic have been an occupier since the development was completed in 2007. Pets Corner now occupy Unit 2 and Unit 3 is occupied by Harrison Family Vets.
