Vista, Basingstoke (formerly known as Barclays House) was acquired using cash resources in a joint venture with Lamron Estates in March 2007.

The property (14,195 sq ft, with 63 car spaces) was bought as an investment with some short-term income remaining from Barclays Bank plc. Planning permission was obtained in March 2013 and a pre let agreed to Premier Inn.

The development was successfully executed, the lease completed and the end investment was sold in July 2015
