Bridge House occupies a very prominent corner position on Fleet’s main retail thoroughfare comprising of four retail units on the ground floor and offices above.

We purchased the building unconditionally at a time when there was an empty retail unit and the offices were vacant with no income and the whole building was looking rather tired. We subsequently secured planning permission to convert the upper floors to apartments and refurbished the exterior of the building to give it a new look. All the retail units are now fully let and are held as an investment. The apartments are sold to new occupiers.
