We purchased the former Jolly Miller pub unconditionally in a semi-derelict state and subsequently secured planning permission to convert the building into four townhouses together with a new build scheme to the rear.

Further adjacent paddock land was purchased to enlarge the new build element with planning secured under a separate permission that includes an access road to service an adjoining allocated housing site in the Neighbourhood Plan. The scheme was completed in October 2020.
