Tower House was a single detached house on a large plot located in the centre of this popular West Berkshire village and subsequently secured planning to demolish the house and replace it four large detached homes.

We later purchased the adjoining house and secured planning for a further four detached units. Negotiations followed with the adjoining landowners and the Parish Council to facilitate an access to the adjoining field where the parish were proposing a housing allocation in their first Neighbourhood Plan.

A re-plan of the combined sites ensued with planning being granted for a scheme of 17 new homes together with an access to facilitate development of the proposed housing allocation on the adjoining land. The scheme was completed in 2020.
