This 3.5 acre site is located just outside but adjacent to the village settlement boundary.

We promoted the site for inclusion within the Housing and Economic Land Availability Assessment (HELAA) 2017 and is now included in the HELAA 2020 as a site considered to be ‘developable’ and identified by the Council as having potential for 47 houses.

The long awaited consultation document into the West Berkshire draft Local Plan is due imminently where we are expecting a requirement to deliver additional housing in the village. Further negotiations are scheduled with the Parish to promote an allocation of the site for housing within their forthcoming Neighbourhood Plan review.
