The Horticultural Trades Association (HTA) has sold its Theale premises.
Developer and property investor T A Fisher, based just a few yards away, has acquired Horticulture House in Theale High Street and is offering office occupiers the chance to rent space in the building temporarily while it draws up plans to develop the building.
T A Fisher has acquired a number of office buildings in the Thames Valley in recent years for redevelopment.
Until the plans are finalised, 12-month licences are available in the 8,000 sq ft building. Alternatively the 37 car spaces are also available separately to rent.
