T A Fisher have acquired two retail warehouses to boost their investment portfolio.
The first acquisition is in Winnersh, a highly accessible location close to Wickes, Pets at Home and Showcase Cinema. It comprises a 7,494 sq ft retail warehouse.
The second acquisition is a 7,659 sq ft site on the Victoria Retail Park in Wellingborough alongside other retailers such as Tesco, Carpetright and B and M.
Both properties are let to Halfords, the UK’s leading provider of motoring and cycling products, vehicle servicing and repairs. Halfords offers a secure investment with a 5-star and 100/100 Commercial Delphi Band rating, equating to ‘Very Low Risk’.
Managing Director John Fisher, said “Both properties are in exceptionally strong locations and let to an operator who has demonstrated admirable dexterity in recent times to re-shape the business. The leases are relatively short so we were able to put our strong financial position to good purpose.”
