T A Fisher is delighted to confirm The E-Centre in Bracknell is fully let. Originally acquired back in 2011 as an underperforming asset the estate was then crying out for a change of fortune. Consequently a significant capital investment was deployed in order to bring the development into the market as a valid option for occupiers..The net result is very impressive as the occupancy levels now testify.

Essentially the E-Centre which extends to approx 35000 sq ft has proved popular since it provides cost effective business space in a wide size range within an attractive environment. Some units include loading facilities, thus appealing to a wider market.

Occupiers at the E-Centre include Silk-ka UK (manufacturer and distributor), Embarcadero Technologies Europe (software provider), Electra Networks (IT & Telecommunication), Miles 33 (software provider), Lowenstein Medical (medical equipment supplier), Buckingham Schenk (Wine producer and importers) and KTM Online (Telecommunications provider).

T A Fisher Managing Director, John Fisher says “ When we acquired the estate it was very unloved and the few tenants in situ were looking for better options. Our input came at a critical time and meant the estate has been given a new lease of life. Today we have a very happy occupier base.

The agents are Page Hardy Harris and Campbell Gordon.

T A Fisher also owns the adjacent Beneficial House in Bracknell which features a 24/7 gym. The upper floors consist of an apart hotel operated by another group company House of Fisher and feature a range of stylish suites ideal for short term stays.
