Categories: Commercial & Investment, General

T A Fisher has secured a 5 year lease of Ground Floor 2, The E-Centre, Bracknell comprising c.2,750 sq ft to Silk-ka UK.

The Silk-ka journey began over 30 years ago in Holland when a young florist’s son took the bold step of starting to design, manufacture & distribute artificial silk flowers. Fast forward to 2021 and Silk-ka are trading in over 75 countries worldwide.

Silk-ka has a wide customer base, supplying high quality florists and floral designers, prestige stores such as Harrods, commercial Interior designers, hotels, restaurants and much more.

UK Silk-ka Manager Paul Francis says “Silk-ka are very excited to have opened our UK showroom at the E-Centre where we will be welcoming customers from across the country”.

The E-Centre is a modern development of attractive office/business units. Benefiting from significant investment, the estate now features modern units/suites in an attractive landscaped environment.

The E-Centre comprises several centrally located offices and business units close to Bracknell town centre and two motorways (M3 & M4). A short walk from the town, train station and ‘The Gym’, which is located on the ground floor of sister company House of Fisher’s Beneficial House aparthotel, making The E-Centre an appealing proposition to occupiers and employees alike.

At the E-Centre, Silk-ka UK join residents Embarcadero Technologies Europe, who lead the way with Innovative, Heterogeneous Software Tools, Electra Networks, delivering high quality and cost effective solutions within the IT & Telecommunication sectors and Miles 33, a leading supplier of software to media, corporate and agencies across the globe, with customers in 29 countries.

Joint agent Nick Page said “Page Hardy Harris are delighted to have brought Dutch firm Silk-ka to the E-Centre, where they join a number of other international businesses including Buckingham Schenk and Lowenstein Medical”.
