T A Fisher welcomes Richard Barter as our new Land and Planning Manager at T A Fisher. Richard, a full member of the Royal Town Planning Institute, brings over 15 years’ experience having worked within both the public and private sector, including Beechcroft Developments, Countryside Properties and Millgate Homes.
Richard will be supporting the Land Team to source exciting new opportunities for future development. Richard will also assist in gaining planning permission on current and future sites. This is a new role and reflects the growing team at T A Fisher as the company continues to expand.
